Conditions For Power Cord Design And Production
Jan 30, 2024
With the advent of the electrical age, electric power resources have become the most important energy supply for people's life and production. Electricity is a kind of power fluctuation, an intangible and tasteless substance. To realize the transmission and transfer of electric power, a professional medium is required. Power lines act as an important medium for electric power transmission. They are used in all aspects of modern industrial production and residents' lives. All play a huge role. In view of the important characteristics of power resources, there are many strict regulations on the design, processing and use of power cords.
Load capacity. As mentioned before, power lines are an important medium for transmitting power resources, and electricity is an invisible energy fluctuation. This fluctuation will be accompanied by huge current and voltage, and will release huge energy to the outside world. Therefore, when designing and manufacturing power cords, there are strict controls on their load capacity. Electric power departments often prohibit the production of overloaded power cords, and they must be strictly selected by the department before they can be used with relevant tools.
Fuse. For safety reasons, a fuse is required on the power line so that when a circuit failure occurs, it can burn itself out immediately and then cut off the power supply to prevent further expansion of the problem. It is prohibited to use any compatible conductive materials such as copper and iron instead of fuses in material selection.
