Power Cord Standard Cabling Quality Control

The core of the power cord after being cabled must not have double strands.
1. The cable pitch should be uniform and consistent with the requirements of the process card.
2. The wiring on the take-up reel is neat and flat.
3. When the cable is formed, the last layer should be kept at an appropriate distance from the edge of the side plate of the take-up reel. The cable should not be overfilled to avoid scratching the surface of the cable plug wire.
