Terminology used in wire and cable product inspection:
1. Qualified products:
Products that meet product standards or technical conditions are qualified products.
2. Reworked products:
Non-conforming products can still meet the requirements of consequentialism after repair, and the products that are accounted for in terms of cost are repaired products.

Products that are completely inconsistent with the product standards or technical conditions and have no repair value are discarded.
4. Type test (code T):
The type test is a test carried out by the manufacturer before supplying a certain cable specified in the wire and cable standard. When there is a change that affects the performance of the wire and cable, the test must be re-tested, or if it is otherwise specified in the product standard, such as regular testing, etc., the test should also be re-tested according to the regulations.
5. Sampling test (code S):
Sampling test is a test in which a complete batch of wires and cables are taken and samples or components are cut from them.
6. Routine test (code R):
Routine tests are tests performed by the manufacturer on all finished wires and cables.
