The process of wire and cable is as follows: drawing - twisted wire - insulation - spark - cable (steel tape) - sheath - withstand voltage test - finished product packaging
1. Drawing
Generally, the copper rods that come in are 7.00-8.00mm. The wire drawing machine has a wire drawing machine that is drawn and annealed at one time, and there are also wire drawing machines that are light-drawing and then annealed separately. Now the wire drawing machines are basically formed at one time.
The proportioning sequence of the wire drawing die is:

There should be wire drawing oil under the wire drawing unit and annealing wheel to prevent the wire from being broken and oxidized.
2. twisted wire
Put the drawn wire reel on the twisting cage. Generally, the twisting cage is divided into four sections, which are 8+12+16+25 (frame twister), some are over-tightening the die (round), and some are pressing Mould (sector, tile)
3. Insulation
Insulation has PVC insulation and XLPE insulation. The PVC insulation colors are all prepared and can be directly insulated. The natural color of cross-linked polyethylene is milky white, and the color can be matched with masterbatch. Here are the quality control points.
4. Sparks
In order to prevent cracks when the insulation is released, a spark machine is installed here to check the quality of the cable.
If there is a break, it can be found and repaired in time.
5. Cable
Twist the good insulated wire cores together. The round insulated wire cores do not need to be transformed. Just fill in the gaps left by several insulated wire cores to make the stranded semi-finished product round.
To consider the transformation problem of the pressed insulated wire core, the stranded wire cores must be combined according to the specified shape to make them round.
Without Kai outer layer, just wrap a layer of PP tape.
If you need to wrap the steel tape, you need to wrap a layer of plastic tape and then wrap the steel tape, which can be done in one process.
6. Sheath
Fill the PVC sheath material into the hopper, heat it to a suitable temperature through the machine head and extrude it.
Cool the finished product and spray it on the shaft.
7. Withstand voltage test
The low-voltage withstand voltage test is performed with a voltage of 3.5KV for 5 minutes.
8. Finished product packaging
Saw off the two ends of the pressed finished product without the sheath, seal the head, tie the head, seal the packing cloth, and affix the pressure test certificate to the shaft side. One-axis low-voltage power cable is so fresh
